We Strive to offer you the best products and prices but our delivery time can take between 8 to 15 days in general.
Each of the products sold have a different lead-time. Lead time refers to the number of days within which an item will be dispatched from our warehouse. This does not include the shipping duration taken by the courier to deliver the parcel to you. Please refer to the individual product pages for detailed information.
In the case of orders with more than 1 product, all products will either be shipped together or in parts depending on the vendor. We will inform you via email in the case that your order is being shipped in parts.
For orders being shipped together, the longest lead time for a product ordered is applicable to the entire order.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Shipping duration depends on location. The transit time for metros is generally 2-3 days while other destinations could take up to a week’s time to reach.
While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches in time, WeAreBambino cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond our control.
We are very sorry if your order arrives late! Late arrivals are often due to problems the shipping company is experiencing (weather, truck problems, loss, etc.). If you paid for a faster shipping time outside of the standard shipping please contact our Customer Service Representative via email at contact@wearebambino.com with your order number and concern.
Our processing time for your order is between 1 to 3 days !
You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24 hours after your package has been picked up for tracking information to update.
